Who We Are Looking For
Battery / Electrochemical Engineers You understand Li-ion chemistry, cell selection, and what actually happens inside a pack under real load conditions, not just what the datasheet says. You want to apply that knowledge to devices where performance is not negotiable.
Electronics / Embedded Engineers You work with BMS ICs, protection circuits, fuel gauge ICs, and communication protocols like SMBus. You want to build intelligent battery systems for medical and OEM applications, and you want the latitude to do it properly.
Quality and Compliance Professionals You know IEC 62133, CE, and FDA documentation frameworks. You believe quality is a system, not a sign-off, and you want to work somewhere that operates accordingly.
Production and Assembly Technicians You take pride in getting it right every single time. You understand that consistency in assembly is what separates a dependable battery from a field return, and that distinction matters to you.
Customer-Facing Technical Roles You can translate between what a customer needs and what engineering can deliver. You are comfortable with spec sheets, procurement conversations, and design-stage briefings, sometimes all in the same call.
