Sealed Energy Systems® (SES Batteries) is a battery manufacturer registered in India, operating from Ambala Cantt, Haryana. Our primary customers are B2B OEM companies, product manufacturers, and medical device companies based in India.
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you interact with our website or contact us, why we collect it, and how we handle it, plainly and without unnecessary complexity.
What We Collect
When you use our contact form, send us an email, or submit a job application, we may collect:
Name and designation
Company name, industry, and location
Email address and phone number
Technical enquiry details, application description, product specifications, requirements
CV and application materials for career enquiries
We do not collect payment or financial information through our website. We do not run behavioural advertising trackers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party under any circumstances.
Why We Collect It
We collect personal data only for purposes directly connected to our business operations:
To respond to technical and commercial enquiries from OEM companies
To process and evaluate job applications
To maintain records of customer and supplier relationships
To fulfil our obligations under applicable Indian law, including GST and accounting requirements
How Long We Keep It
Enquiry data, retained for up to 3 years from the date of last contact, unless an ongoing customer relationship develops from the enquiry
Customer and supplier records, retained for 7 years in line with Indian accounting, GST, and tax compliance requirements
Job applications, retained for 12 months from receipt, then securely deleted unless the applicant joins the team

SES Batteries handles personal data in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its associated rules.
As our customer and contact base is primarily B2B, companies and their authorised representatives, the personal data we process is limited to professional contact and business information. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect this data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data
